Williamson Consulting provides accurate and detailed spatial data collection, storage and conversions using the latest Global Positioning System (GPS) technology. We employ the latest Trimble, Pathfinder, and Criterion Laser technology to provide clients with the best possible data / information in the format they desire.
We provide the following services:
1. Road Inventory Data & Maps: We can provide a complete and detailed inventory database of a landowner’s road system, including length, gates, culverts, etc., with accompanying attributes. A corresponding map from our GIS Division is available for those clients without mapping capabilities. For those managing forested lands, a Road Management Plan is now required by the Department of Natural Resources in the forest practice application process.
2. Complete Property Mapping: We can provide a detailed database and map of a client’s property. Features inventoried and mapped could include but are not limited to: timber stands, fence lines, ditches, well & septic location, buildings, hydrants, power lines, gas & water lines, etc.
3. Estimate Property Acreage: We can provide an estimate of a property's size. Note: This is not a legal survey and should not be construed as such. If you require a legal survey, please contact our office or any licensed surveyor.
